Chair’s Back Design and Statues

I’m in love with these…

Some might recall my post about dia.lo.gue in Kemang, Jakarta from the past. Dia.lo.gue is a really neat store with a gallery and cafe in the back located in the south Kemang, Jakarta. I went back there with my friend today and there was an exhibition of Herman Miller furniture at the dia.lo.gue gallery. I have seen the design before, but I have never paid attention to the name. Now I know. I love Herman Miller design now. Herman Miller design appeals me for its beautiful, modern and ergonomic designs. If you would like to learn more about Herman Miller, here is the website.

Love the hanging chairs! What a great gallery.

Also love the row of neatly hung pictures against the concrete wall. That raw vs polish contrast is absolutely beautiful!

I love his designs as well… it’s very popular and you can find them all over the blogosphere… my hubby would like the reclining armchair in the lounge. Replicas are quite affordable nowadays but we haven’t taken the plunge yet :)
Thanks for sharing your photos with us, I’d love to visit this exhibition!
